1. Our Services

MAvi provides a platform for users to access and view video-based educational courses on a variety of subjects. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Your Account

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your email address or other contact information. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the MAvi app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the App, is the property of Tekron Ventures or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service.
• Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, or predatory conduct.
• Use or attempt to use another user's account without authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ.

6. Ownership

MAvi is an application that is the property of Tekron Ventures. All rights, title, and interest in and to the MAvi app and its content are and will remain the exclusive property of Tekron Ventures and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tekron Ventures, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tekron Ventures is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
